You can tell the author is in game dev or really needs to be. Iconic hubs are unique and full of details. The engine is put to the test with the scope of the main atrium at times. The attention to detail is sublime.
My small gripes are:
- Connections between hubs felt less detailed than the hubs themselves
- Occasional forced detour takes a long time to circumvent (Kitchen to underwater lift area)
- The communication of new types of climbable surfaces such as fences are not super clearly communicated the first time you encounter them, got stuck at the water tower for a while. Same deal with Vine arrow surfaces.
