Garrett is robbing some guy of all the items he already stole in the OMs. there is really no more plot than that. As a result, Garrett is now outside the house, ready to break in.
This mission is frustrating. Had it been a bit shorter, a bit less monotonous, I might have given it a 3, as it stands, it's... just dull. I wanted to so badly to stop playing, to do anything else. It's not offensive, or even that awful. It's just every single door, and every single chest is locked, and it's a case of picking each and every one.
The layout of this mission is like a fever dream, after breaking into the mansion, a pit opens underneath you and drops you into what should be the basement, but instead is the front of the house (?) from there you drift from street to castle to church, with no real justification. the rest of the mission is just working your way back to the start, but it never felt like I was progressing, so much as passing through. The boxy rooms did little to stop the feeling that I was dreaming. Each room was just so... generic. There are readables in the mission, but they do little to flesh out or aid this mess.
At the end of the day, at least it runs, but unless you badly want to do some lockpicking, give this one a skip.
