Your friend Tallus owes you for a job you did in Dayport, but he hasn't paid up. You decided to go and get it from him, but he had previously gone to the fabled Red Ridge, and hasn't been seen for more than two weeks. He went after the ruby that was once lost among it's caverns. It seems that you need to find out what happened to him, and get the ruby and some other valuables at the same time.
