Just so everyone who plays this mission knows - it's easy not to find a certain letter in the 2nd overground floor of the mansion (1st floor for Europeans) and so leave the mansion & end the mission prematurely (admittedly something of an unfortunate overlook by the author), thus missing about 80% content and most of the gameplay and story of this wonderful classic. So if you haven't met neither of DeLoret, Mr. PONK and Emilie Victor herself (and even what seems to be a certain "L'Arson" (sic)) personally and haven't been to the ...other side, you played this mission wrong.
