I can't believe it's taken nearly 25 years to figure out what's behind the doors at the end of Thief TDP's training mission (unless another FM author has done that and I missed it), but here we are. Snake has created a Keeper compound that feels very in-line with what we've seen in both official and fan made works. While this mission's inspirations are worn firmly on its sleeve, it manages to carve out its own identity with the daytime setting, a particularly grimy and well-realised starting area, and creepy little flourishes that are just so quintessentially Thief.
