“I thank the Builder that the war is finally over.

Tri-Cravon fell thanks to my luck. Lord Constantine will never bother anyone again.

He is definitely dead, buried with his precious Trickster’s eye under the mountain of Craig.

Unfortunately, the remains of the Cravonian fleet hath sunk the Imperial ship-Huron that I’ve arrived on. I do not know where to go now, for my Legion lies dead under the same rocks that buried Lord Constantine.

I got word that one of my predecessors in going to the well of souls is around here somewhere. His name is St. Praetorius, a high-ranking Legionnaire from the Imperial City-Athalonia itself. Maybe I can learn something from him. He’s going to be here as the Empire goes up against the northern tribes and Constantine’s craymen armada in what looks to be a battle of monumental proportions – the final battle of Craig’s Pass.
It looks like those maniacs at Excalibrius Harbour have finally had their prayers answered. The alchemists have even brought the Excelsior up to the shore of the Craig’s pass.

The ship hath bombarded the Cravonian fortifications with great valour from its wondrous gunpowder cannons through the day and night.
Oh, how I doth applaud every strike that it makes upon the mountain.
Ka-blamo! That Cravonian tower was set ablaze! No more is that mountain top!

I only hope that it won’t hit me, but so far its been striking at the tops of the mountains as it cannot reach the low fortifications deep inside the valleys where I am now camped.

I’d best walk past with my loot and try to get safe passage on board. I might even find out what all the fuss is about. I’ll have my work cut out, though. There are many of Cravonian encampments in front of me and I hear there’s some other trouble at the ocean shore. I’ll wait till midnight to make my move.”
