This fourth installment of the William Steele series continues the titular character's search for his parents killers. This time he has gotten wind of the assassin himself, who is hiding out in the quarantined zone of the city called The Warrens. Few people still live here after a plague swept the district from the sea and it is visually dilapitated, with a somber and solitary feel to it. The atmosphere is top notch and the layout of the town gives a lot of visual interest. The storyline is quite compelling, though I do not wish to spoil it for the prospective player. The gameplay feels like it was the least focused on aspect, although it is certainly above average. As a whole the mission doesn't quite meet the standard of the previous installments of the Wm. Steele missions, though it does get close.
