This partly holiday-themed speed build mission by Kingsal and Goldwell was a nice surprise for us TDM hounds, as it came seemingly out of nowhere. The polish is very impressive for a speed build, and the mission itself is compelling. In particular, the world-building in the readables and visual storytelling were strong. Where the speed build does show is in the balance of detail. There are certain places where the mission looks quite bare or basic, interspersed with smaller areas of high detail. That is of course understandable considering it was built in two weeks, and overall the authors did a good job guiding the player's gaze away from underdeveloped areas. This mission is well worth a playthrough even outside of the season, as the mission is compelling in it's own right!
