Frankly, this doesn't qualify as a fan mission. Instead, it is simply a vanity project that happens to have been made using the Dark Engine.
If you are a fan of walking sims about social issues with a strange indie charm, perhaps it's worth a look. Otherwise, it's either a bizarre curiosity or a total waste of time.
