To say it first: You will probably hate the start of the mission. Until you figured out what to do it´s frustrating and you might die a lot because you start completely defenseless. But I assure you, it´s worth the trouble. Because after that this mission unfolds to a horror experience with gloomy underground sections and some mysterious mansions, something that one really shouldn´t miss.
They derived a lot of awesome stuff from the stock material. Also a lot of dangers...this mission is challenging, but in a positive way.
A surrealistic experience, if you think the Sword and the likes were crazy - this is that tenfold.
There are of course some issues that can be sometimes annoying. At some places it seems the walls "grab" Garrett, and one important entrance can be a bit hard to enter for whatever reasons. There is also a lot of darkness in this missions and some spots are really pitch-black, but then finally the flares can be useful.
Loot placement is challenging, but fair(because later on you will get a loot requirement...).
Note also that there is no killing restriction, even on Expert. So if you want, you can massacre the whole populace.
Overall, I would recommend this mission. Would even say it has replay value. And I would like to see more from the authors.

Very well put, at first I didn't understand why there was so much praise for this mission and I actually started to move onto another mission but multiple people recommended it when I was looking for a recommendation of which one to try first (I played Feast and Builders Paradise first and both were long, involved missions).
