Recently Join Need help in making fan missions

Hello Taffers,
I wrote some missions outlines but I don't know how to build a mission for thief. I like to know how people make one mission. What step do they follow in order to make mission? Please enlight me with your experiance. Thank you

Thank you for your help. I am writing stories in the thief genre for a while. Now I find it hard for me to make a fan mission because I am not good at designing missions. does anyone make a fan mission if my stories are interesting?

I have to do it by myself.
