This is a great mission, but what I think elevates this from other missions of this kind is that in most thieves' highway/rooftop missions, navigation is the fun part and stealth takes a hit. Feast of Pilgrims turns every room and rooftop into an interesting stealth area, while maintaining the fun navigation. The patrols, scale, and visuals are all great. The thieves' highway section is a lot of fun to do without blackjack. The low amount of guards (usually 1 or 2) per area seems to really be designed for no blackjack, plus it's always easy to escape in these types of missions by jumping into another area. Feast of Pilgrims is the best Thieves' Highway style mission I've played.
