This mission is kind of... cute. It is bad, but it's not actually unfun; just make sure you know what you are getting into.
So, the trickster is back again, and he ran to his closest friends and allies, the order of the hammer (Wait what?) so you need to get inside the hammerite castle, find him, and steal back the eye... again. Seems simple enough?
This is a hammerite mission with a monster mission in the basement. Think strange bedfellows, but the hammerite cathedral is still active. Unfortunately, both the castle and the monster mission are pretty low quality. This entire mission feels like a mess with ideas thrown at the wall, but not actually thought about or developed.
However, it's not the sort of mess that I am used to, most of these old missions are boxy and have very basic and poor gameplay, but this one is not, it feels very sophisticated in it's design, the gameplay isn't even that bad (except for the bar, which is just a complete cluster of enemies). It's like somebody took a the worst concepts and ideas they had, and went and made an earnest mission from it.
My feelings on this mission are very mixed. I enjoyed it, but... it was bad? Did I enjoy it because it was bad? Prehaps I am so starved for good missions, this one rises above the rest purely by having a bit heart to it?
Whatever my reasoning, this mission is silly, strange, low quality, but still not completely terrible to play.
