Going to keep it simple on this one.
Really enjoyed the act structure and the rather excellent plot device.
A certain Lord gets a lot of traffic in FM's and I loved the way the author drew on the character in a novel way this time.
The first level was enjoyable and asked the player to use their noggin to solve more than one issue.
I am often touch about gated missions, but I enjoyed that the city opened up rather like many mansion levels do as I went about ticking my boxes. The moment with the flowers and the recycled classic VO from G genuinely cracked me up, so thank you for that one!
The second mission was extremely atmospheric and exciting to explore. I did not expect what it was going to dish out either.
"Bravo" sums it up.
The third mission was enjoyable, but I did begin to feel like I was missing the second by the time I came to the close.
I often have difficulty maintaining focus when the author wants me to rake every corner, and I definitely felt that twinge here.
That said, I never felt the expectations were unfair when I came to a realization.
Hitting this with a strong 8, thanks for a few more enjoyable evenings :)
