This mission is very large, intricate, and built with very admirable attention to detail for its time. Unfortunately, it isn't any fun to play.
Tasked with investigating the disappearance of a wealthy nobleman, you make your way through sprawling city streets into a huge, labyrinthine castle. There's hardly any guards inside, or out in the city streets, so eventually running into one comes as a surprise because - make so mistake - you will eventually be doing a lot of fruitless sprinting around.
The mission abounds in readables and other personalised touches, which I normally approve of, but these ones are just plain weird and, together with the bizarre architecture and lack of people, just adds to the dreamlike not-quite-real atmosphere. This is a feeling that can work well (see House in Blackbog Hollow by the same author) but here it's just annoying and overstays its welcome.
Once inside the castle, an abstruse scavenger hunt is inflicted on you. The clues are obscure, often outright misleading, and will send you scurrying from one end of the castle to the other. It's not a lot of fun, especially for ghosters who need to balance the temptation to run all the time to reduce the time spent backtracking with the need to avoid the few guards in the mansion.
All in all, it's an ambitiously big mission with some really pretty (if weird) architecture- especially for a 2010 vintage mission- but it's badly let down by unbalanced gameplay and boring, unfair puzzles.
