First of all, congratulations to the author for releasing his first mission. Right from the very beginning, Condemned Catalogue captivates you with excellent old school design, thick with an atmosphere of mystery and constriction. As a warm-up, we start in a narrow alley and explore a few accessible buildings before we enter the main area of the level. The story of Condemned Catalogue is centred around Garrett stealing a few precious tomes of abstruse wisdom from the Mages. Excellent readables provided by Squadafroinx facilitate immersion and create an air of antiquity and erudition surrounding the faction that we are stealing from. The gameplay is enjoyable and sneaking through the narrow and cramped corridors was a sheer pleasure. My only criticism would be related to the required loot goal. Although I didn't mind thoroughly exploring the map while hunting for the remaining pieces, I feel like it was slightly too steep. Furthermore, and without spoiling the story for those who haven't played the mission yet, some important items should be ideally counted as separate objects and not included into the total loot amount. This is because you can forget how many of them you have already grabbed, especially if you are not completing objectives in a linear way and just exploring the map, seeing where it takes you. Otherwise, this is just a great FM. Highly recommended.
