Maybe it won't satisfy an average rooftopper, but it has some of the tallest roofs among fan missions. Thick rainy atmosphere compliments gothic architecture. The only thing I'm puzzled by is - why there are giant chains that connect buildings? Joking aside, it's one of the most popular and beloved FMs out there, so it's a good start for any newcomer, who finished the original games and wants to expand with fan missions.
