An exquisite example of German surrealism where fallen civilians dutifully raise from the dead to run and report to the guards before they finally kick the bucket, people get locked in their own master study by unknown pranksters (presumably disgruntled employees for skimping on THEM) who throw away the only key into where it should normally rust to dust and your sword gains magical through-the-door properties. I call it simply "Das Ding", and is certainly worth its own wobbly pedestal in the hall of April Fool's jokes.
