This won a contents for small sized missions by having the best design. There is a lot of verticality, a ton of keys and quite a bit of snoring. It is a cool, short mission that actually has an interesting story. There are some plot twists. Unfortunately I could not complete it fully. One of the areas was inaccessible because I couldn't make the rope arrows work. I watched a video of a guy deploy the rope arrow and jump to the rope, then tried 10-15 times and could not grab the rope.

The video isn't the only way to reach the rope, you can get to a balcony from the Notary building that'll bring you right up next to it.
