Feels like reliving the Hammerite Cathedral undead invasion from before the first Thief. The way the city is segmented into safe, borderline and danger zones is very well done. Everything is barely holding on. It along with the ambience and the ominous story glued everything together for me to enjoy this one a lot. The mission doesn't make sense on its own, so it's worth playing trough the first one to get here. The city of Rocksbourg is still claustrophobic, especially since all survivors are clumped together in the safe zone. Some of the background ambience is way too loud. And at least for a couple of objective on Normal even you will need to find a hard to locate switch. But it's way better in general than the first I think. Almost gave it a 9 actually.
