This has an interesting premise of sneaking inside a place disguised as a nightwatchman. There are some new mechanics going with it that sometimes-kinda-sort of-not always work (?) but are interesting to try out nevertheless. The atmosphere is also quite good, with black-reddish colour palette and overall visual design bringing about a grim, sinister world. There are some new models put here and there, and the animations look neat, but the brushwork could have been better.
You quickly forget about ambience or fun though, as the campaign is marred with construction flaws and some straightforward questionable design choices. Bumping on invisible stuff or getting stuck in places you shouldn't ticks you off with great consistency, while the completely pointless reduction of frob distance makes even routine actions tiresome. It will definitely put your nerves and resolve to the test. Also, don't expect much open gameplay - most of the time it's point-to-point progression.
This campaign is quite demanding and to be frank it is difficult to get around without looking out for help. It could also be so much better if it didn't make things unnecessarily difficult for the player with annoying frequency.
