Hi so I'm new and just got into fan missions so I was downloading the ones that looked cool and interesting. I saw this one and installed it. The problem is that I can't play part 1. When I launch the fanmission it goes to the menu, then I went to new game and it gives the difficulty options and a choice of either A keepers training, or Catacombs of Knoss. If I click on Catacombs it takes me to the second mission part 2. If I hit start training I'm in keepers training.

So I was wondering did I mess up somewhere (by installing it wrong or something or is there another way to start part 1?

What loader are you using?

What is the Thief version?

Did you make any changes to MISSFLAG.STR file from Strings folder, or srtrings.crf archive ?

I use the regular FM loader. I went into the cam.mod thing and deleted the semicolon ;

I think it comes with the game. I got Thief off GOG, because I never actually played thief gold. I played the Dark project when I was a kid, and I saw it and that it had new missions and I thought it was cool, besides that I don't know what all the different versions are

I got into fan mission because I saw a step by step video on youtube by easymode on how to install them. I'm pretty bad with computers otherwise.


But I have good news I managed to get this FM to work. To start part 1 if I go through keepers training it takes me there. It's pretty easy to do that.

Probably the version of TFix in GOG is too outdated. Ensure that the latest one is installed.
