By well designed, I don't just mean gameplay and atmosphere, (both of which are very well done), I loved the way the mission progresses. I started off looking up at the chains and gargoyles, thinking how do I get up there? Hours later I'm looking down at the chains and gargoyles thinking now I've got to get down. The verticality will come, just trust the process.
Again, when you start, many of the buildings seem inaccessible, but later you realize that you've entered all of them one way or another. Very well done.
The story is a bit player in this adventure, although I did like many of the readables referring to characters from TDP, (including Garrett) that was a very cool touch. The rain, (endless), is the star of the atmosphere, adding a miserable tone to the entire proceedings. (It's also extremely well done, I felt drenched).
The gameplay is a little different, there are some extreme jumps to try and places to get to that you just wouldn't think possible. It was here that my palms got a little sweaty!
Overall I had a great time in this part of the city, not only would I recommend, I would put this mission on everyone's playlist.
