Well, you already know that it has a lot of verticality, when it's a skacky mission. 😉
Apart from that, there's really lots to like. The level design is great, and logically takes you through the objectives. The added "contracts" you can get (for free 😉) in the shop before the mission start, in the vein of Dishonored, were a nice addition to the mission. Things were reasonable straight forward to find, especially as the mission really invites exploring. The authors have already stated the "openness" of the mission, which is really where it shines. The difficulty was pretty much perfect, no issues there.
The textures and assets are excellent. Graphically easily one of the top tier missions for Thief Gold. Also, all felt well refined, and well chosen. It all harmonizes well. Sound wise, I felt the one or the other Ambience wasn't THAT well suited for the environment. A criticism I already had with The Black Parade. Minor issue.
The one thing which I feel like criticizing more is the performance. It's the first Thief Gold or II mission I ever had below 100 FPS, and, in some places, it goes down to a bit over 40 FPS... that's pretty abysmal for a Thief mission. Yes, it's something the authors already mentioned in the ReadMe, but, I don't think such a bad performance should become standard for Thief missions. Hopefully just a one off, for the sake of being able to look from the start of the mission to the end, so to speak.
All in all, great mission, as to be expected when these people are involved. 🙂 Hope for more of such goodies, there have been quite a few as of late. Thanks!

Hey there, thanks for the review. I'm going to release an updated version of the mission very soon that contains dramatic performance gains thanks to a new, experimental lighting optimization process. It should be minimum +30 frames per second for pretty much everyone.
