The premise of Claire's Harbour is strong: Garrett - on behalf of Keepers - should find girl named Elise. Elise was selected to be future translator, but the ship with her presumably hit the sandbar and she's missing. The trace led Garrett to small seaside town Claire's Harbour in which he quickly learned that shipwreck was caused by pirates. Now Garrett should find and rescue Elise and give pirates some trouble while at the same time help himself with loot stolen from pirates.
The city of Claire's Harbour is quite small, with not much open points of interest and exploration. Almost all loot is concentrated in one house. The mission has two "hardcore objectives": 1) no KO more than several people (and no KO at all on Expert) and 2) avoid detection by pirates. Those two objectives are not that hard actually. The main source of frustration lies elsewhere.
While the premise of Claire's Harbour is strong, the actual execution of it is far from ideal: the story becomes a bit too convoluted and unfortunately, DarkShadow got too carried away with forcing player with searching for keys, and player will quickly 1) overburdened with numerous tasks, and 2)find out that he lacks this key or that and - since all the numerous tasks require that or this key, he should prawl the layout again to find a needle in a haystack. The way to girl in question is hidden in "secret" - though it's not that hard to find the switch you should use. But still, mission leaves bitter aftertaste. I recommend to use this video letsplay by FenPhoenix if you are interested in this mission and get stuck: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u31rJ6fGhSs&list=PLOHOw55MgFTRe5jxgH6rKl5s9YF9Hu-ly My rating is 6,5/10.
