I really enjoyed this. The atmosphere is great, and the textures are used well; it's decadent but tasteful, and how each space was decorated made sense. There are only a few readables, and the story is very straightforward, but there's a vibe. It's memorable. I found myself wishing there was a little more to it, but its brevity and symmetry are nice.
Spoilers: As some others have commented, you see the twist coming early on, but the execution pleasantly surprised me. It took me a little bit to figure out how the lord's behavior worked, and that interval of time--when I understood he was "following" me but didn't know where he was going to come from or go next--was very unnerving and fun. There are only four urns, so by the time you fully learn his patrol patterns, you're done with the mission. For me, it was never tedious.

You can use [spoil_]Spoilers go here[/spoil] (without the _ after spoil) to properly hide spoilers if you want to include heavy spoilers while still having a non-spoiler part for people who haven't played it yet ^^
Example:
Great review!

Thanks! Fixed. I have no idea why it didn't even occur to me last night that there would be a spoiler tag, but I'm glad you let me know.

No problem, glad to help. The spoiler tag seems to be occult knowledge as I've read quite a few reviews on this site but have never seen it being used, and I've only came to know of its existence through a conversation with Marzec!
