A brilliant debut from Froghemoth. I hope we see more from them in the future. Unique setting, brilliant production values (with an opening cutscene) and an interesting atmosphere which doesn't stray too from stock Thief Gold. It can be completed in under an hour. I especially enjoyed the side-goal of collecting the four scrolls which requires you to solve a fairly straightforward puzzle to determine where to find them.
I only really have two gripes. The first is, for a library, there aren't many readables! I would have liked to have perused the books reading the various titles. It isn't devoid of these, but I would have loved to have seen more. As a result, it lacks an 'implied story' which could make the level come to life a little more. Secondly, there is some cramped geometry which one can get stuck on, or which prevents mantling as expected. A few tweaks here and there could tighten this up. These are only minor issues though.
Overall, I loved it.
