NOTES: -This is not an epic earth shattering mission. It is intended as a mission in between the day Truart is murdered in the OM Blackmail,
and the day Garrett follows Mosley in the OM Trace The Courier. Keep that in mind with some of the objectives. It may seem like you
already know this stuff, but view it from Garrett's perspective at that point in time of his life. He's just picking up clues to what is happening.

NOTE WELL!! NOTE WELL!! : Listen to all conversations in full - some of them are clues! Wait for a moment after they are done. If you rush into any conversation scenario
you will be caught and the conversation won't play. CREEP, WAIT AND LISTEN!

Helpful hint : In this mission you will be looking for clues, visual, the written word, and sound. Most of them all pertain to two entrances which are locked.
There are many different clues, all pertaining to those two "combinations" to the entrances. All you need is to figure one clue out for each, and
you're in. New paintings are clues. If you can't get it, a quick two minute search on the internet may help. Just think: codes and cyphers (MIXED MESSAGES)!

Difficulty Level Info : Normal -dead give away clues-don't play this level if you'd like to solve things on your own.
Hard -some good clues, but still a bit of a challenge.
Expert -for super sleuths who'd like to solve puzzles on their own.

Briefing

You have just finished planting evidence against Lt. Hagen at CityWatch a few days ago.While you were there, you overheard
Lady Rumford file a missing person report concerning Jeneviere. Basso and Jeneviere's wedding isn't for three more days. If they return her to Lady Rumford,
her indentured servitude contract will still be in force, and she will likely be locked up again. The CityWatch precinct in Basso's part of town will no doubt
have received a message with a description of Jeneviere. If you could sneak into that precinct and find the message, you could replace it with a fake message containing
a false description of Jeneviere. The bulldogs will be looking for the wrong person until they discover the mixup. Basso and Jeneviere will be married by that time.
The CityWatch detachment in that part of town also serves as an armoury fortress and training ground for new recruits, so it won't be easy......
