Description: The Jewelled Sword
I became very lazy for some time. I don't know what it means - maybe I'm just tired, but maybe I just don't want anything. The only job I could take would be one that would give me a lot of cash and some challenge. No one offered me anything... But no matter how wealthy you are, there comes a moment when you begin to starve.
On one of these days, I received an order from an anonymous person, which was delivered by one associate of mine. In this order, it was said that there was a job for me. The mysterious customer wants me to break into the mansion of one of the lords and steal the jewel - the jewelled sword. The lord's name is Fevler, his mansion is well-known as a quiet and not very beautiful place. Breaking into it may not be easy - both enters into it are heavily guarded; but I think there's some third way in.
An associate of mine was clever enough to ask something about my customer, but he didn't receive any understandable answers. Looks like my customer doesn't want me to know him... But the one thing is exact: the story as the one with Constantine wouldn't happen, because lord Fevler was in contact with my customer. Alas, it's the only fact I know exactly...
Description: To The Meeting
Just after a couple of days after I got the jewelled sword, I received a letter. In it, my customer offered me to meet. The meeting is going to be taken place in his mansion, at the very top of the building - on the fourth floor. I have a bad feeling about this, to be honest. The story goes like it was with Constantine...
In the letter, it was described how I can get to the mansion, but no words about what could be inside. I suppose the guards won't be informed that there will be the 'special guest', so I'll have to sneak into the place. One more thing that makes me feel bad is that his mansion, as rumour has it, was built as a duplicate for Constantine's mansion... Also, in the letter it was mentioned that my customer is a very busy person, and he may not come to the meeting, so if I won't find himself, I must find 'some message he will leave for me', as it was said in the letter.
Something tells me I mustn't refuse. I have to go... It's just another mansion, not anything unusual...
Description: The Kill For Life
As it was in my previous campaign, I arrived at my customer's mansion to the fourth floor, but he wasn't there - he just left me a letter which didn't explain anything. But I've managed to find some another very interesting thing...
In his room there was a book about guard reports. In it, I read, quote: "The police offered us to catch Garrett. He was sent to the very guarded places of the city, but he survived. If he doesn't die here, I will deal with him myself." This isn't good anyway. My customer - his name is Walter, as it was said in his letter, - is going to make me die anyhow, anywhere and by anything. Maybe even now there is a sniper near the front entrance that will aim for my head!
What can I do? Maybe it's only one thing: get to Walter and kill him before he can do anything against me. According to the books and letters I found in his room, his true shelter is not far from his mansion, where I am now. I need just to pass a dozen of streets... and then go through not small cemetery. Rumours have it that the undead there are very brutal and eat anyone who can stand on their way. But I'd better be cut by zombie's claws, then slain by Walter's minions! I worked with undead in the Bonehoard, the mines, and the Hammerite Cathedral... and I don't think it'll be very difficult. I have to save my life, and I'll do it.
