There are four levels of difficulty, on expert you have the choice of following the no knockout rule, or by using a switch in the room you start in of disabling the no knockout rule.
Additional:
The no knockout rule doesn't include thieves, you've just got to work out who is a thief.

Known bugs:
A bit heavy on the frame rate near start, this is due to a staged event that you might discover the end result of later in the mission. You can sometimes get stuck in the temple area in up shit creek.
