This mission takes place between the events of Thief 1 and Thief 2.
"I've heard a rumor about a very valuable coin that a travelling collector brought to
the city. It was said to be on exhibition at a museum in Hightowne. As with any rumor,
I was skeptical, but one of my trusty contacts confirmed it to be true.
So, who am I to waste such an opportunity?! I planned to break into the museum under the
veil of a quiet night. So, I explored the area, trying to find an easy way in - and
managed to enter via a rope arrow shot at a balcony. Everything was fine at first and
I easily sneaked in unnoticed. But upon entering the main exhibition hall, I felt a
stinging pain in my neck. My vision blurred, I lost balance; and then my senses
faded away.
Now, I woke up in a nasty cell guarded by Hammerites. Someone set a trap for me, and I
need to find who did it; but first, I have to find a way to break out of my cell!
Time to escape..."
