What has happened? The Tunnel is broken in the middle of the way. In its one part, the tunnel leads on the ground. Garret has to walk thought and find the other entrance into the tunnel and, finally, reach the Mansion of Lord Ezechiel. There should be a good place for searching for new equipment that was destroyed. And your intuition tells you that here somewhere lives a brother, Rinky, who can have some needful item...
