After Garrett stole Dr. Jebediah Smith's healing potion and discovered a secret in the subdivision, questions about his past began to surface. The Keepers have offered to supply him with some details he seeks, provided he retrieves a prophetic book lost in times past. In a note to Delphos, his librarian mentioned a book merchant in town where she procured some psychology texts, and the prophetic book is rumoured to be in his home in the city. It is difficult to get to, but someone has already cleared a path directly to the estate via the sewers for you. The key to the entry point will be given to you, provided you perform two tasks for them first. Read the letters from both parties to you for details.
