That evening I was sitting in dark corner of Stone Book Inn.
Some cloaked figure came to my table and sat next to me.
- "Welcome. Thou hast done many great jobs for our Order..."
- "Hammers" - I thought.
- "...We have got another quest for you. All is revealed in this letter."
- "We'll see" - I just answered, taking another sip of ale.
- "If thou art interested, I will be there tomorrow..." - and he just left...
The letter spoke:
"Garrett
Thou art our only hope. The Builder's Holy Golden Hammer is lost. A foul betrayer whom we used to call our brother hath stolen it from us, cursed be his soul! We fear that our holy artifact is in danger. For as the prophecy says: 'Be the Hammer destroyed, shall our dead brethren rise from their graves as Haunts unholy and chaos shall embrace the whole of the City'. There are but a few of us left, we could not prevail against them...
We know that thou art not caring about the holyness of our artifacts, but we do believe, that 10000 gold would make a fair price for the quest for the Holy Hammer. These be our last savings, but it is the world that is at stake...
We have but one clue, which leadeth to a so-called artist, who dwellt deep in the forest. The Builder himself would be proud of this mans house, for it stands as a fortress, but we do presume this be not a problem for you. Please hurry, oh noble thief...
