Love the puzzle missions in Thief. It's like the game engine and the game itself was just meant for that. Help me pick up a puzzle missions in the thief(as many as you can =) ), where there would be interesting puzzles( nosferatu,The Violent End of Duncan Malveine ) or the FM itself was one big puzzle ( really love this one https://www.thiefguild.com/fanmissions/3046/temple-of-the-tides , and this
https://www.thiefguild.com/fanmissions/20659/malazars-inscrutable-tower) in which there would be no pixel-hunting and illogical moments on the level like remember where the key was 4 hours ago.

I see you've enjoyed my puzzle-y missions (thanks for the support!), so I can tell you my biggest influences are: Haplo, Eshaktaar, Nameless Voice and Nicked.
I gather you're already familiar with Eshaktaar, Nameless Voice and Nicked, but check out Haplo's missions! He's done some very innovative puzzle-y stuff. Among two storms is an especially unique experience, but his whole sinister awakening collection is quite good if you like puzzles (UVI, IC, OTSA, ASF).
Also excellent: Sepulchre of the Sinestral.

Thanks for the answer, I thought no one will answer in this thread. Thanks to you, I found the next 15 missions I'm gonna play.
I was just now watching missions from these authors and was surprised to find that some of the missions I rated quite low (https://www.thiefguild.com/fanmissions/3667/the-library-of-babel , https://www.thiefguild.com/fanmissions/3033/from-beneath-the-sands) but what's interesting is that they're the ones I remember the most.
Damn, I love this game so much, I first find out about this game only in 2021, lol

I would recommend Lingering Whispers (from a quick glance it seems you haven't played it), the gameplay is quite compact and puzzle based. You could easily spend an hour on the puzzles alone.
Another one is The Dragon's Claw, most players get annoyingly stuck within couple minutes I think (me included). Just be aware to make some hard saves in the first mission, one of the puzzles can get bugged.
Both missions are actually high tier and visually appealing, but definitely not for everyone.

In addition to the above recommendations, also interesting puzzle missions (or at least partly including puzzles): King Abedzen's Tomb; Secrets of the Old City; In These Enlightened Times
I see you already played the likes of Beneath the Sands/Whispers in the Desert, Temple of the Tides, Forgotten Tomb and so on
Also one big environment puzzle of a classic mission of an entirely different kind: Thief: Brainchild
