I was unable to complete it due to a bug, but solid FM

There's a part where you need two keys for two locks, but said locks did not spawn for me.
I was using Thief Gold + TFix Lite + AngelLoader, so maybe I should have been using Thief TDP? No clue but I was pretty disappointed although I realize this is probably not the mission's fault.

I am using Thief Gold + TFix (not TFix Lite) + AngelLoader and both locks spawned for me. I don't know what happened there. Maybe try the full TFix package. You don't need to install the optional mods if you don't want to (just untick them while using the installer).
