The Mechanists have recently completed their new monstrosity, Karras Apartments. The enormous green metal thing overshadows most of New Quarter and houses wealthy merchants and nobles who either need somewhere to stay temporarily or don't require a large residence.
According to an insider, the security systems have not yet been set up and only a few wardens have been sent to look after the place. So, no bots either. It's easy enough to sneak past the Mechanists guarding the main tradesman's depot. Apparently the warden on Level 9 is busy this evening and Flat 73 is empty. It must be full of valuable things! If not, there are other apartments.
