info NOTES:     This mission was made for the "One Million Units" contest. The objective of the contest was to make a mission that could be fit within a volume of a million DromEd units. It could be a cube, or a narrow vertical mission, or a low but fat missison. Mine is an almost square mission with a lot of underutilised space. This mission is for Thief Gold!

Briefing

One of my fences has gotten careless and wound up in jail. I would really love to keep using the bugger's services, so I decided he'll owe me a favor. I'll buy off the jail wardens so they let him go. These guys like to think they've got power so they'll probably command a high price for his freedom. I'll have to make some coin by the end of the week."

"Now, I've heard that a merchant is passing by one of the City's quarters. Perhaps I can go there and see what made him come, maybe even steal something from him. In that quarter is an astrologist's shop where he reads your fate and sells you other kinds of nonsense. People at the tavern keep talking about a special vase that he uses to tell the future. I don't believe that kind of stuff, but it'll make for some nice coin."

"The quarter is very tight and it's going to be dangerous to try to walk around it on foot. I'm going to have to try to get above the streets to avoid running into people. Also, I've had someone set up a stash of arrows and tools in one of the guard towers. I might want to go the closest one first.

I personally think that being biased about something you like (or hate) is perfectly fine as long as you're not delusional about the objectivity of your feelings. I absolutely get the low ratings of this mission, it has a lot of very amatourish aspects - but still, I love it quite a lot for it's humble scale and comfy vibe.
