There seems to be something going on in Old Quarter. Some people saw or heard "things" near the barricade, whatever that is supposed to mean. Like always with these kinds of stories, no one really knows what's going on. Anyhow, a few people got nervous and left their houses or apartments. Guards have been doubled, but it will be worth the risk for all the little treasures that lie in those streets, just waiting to get collected.
Lord Westbury has a mansion nearby, and despite these events, he seems to be not impressed. An associate told me about a very valuable tome in the possession of Lord Westbury. Pretty sure that thing will sell very well if I manage to get it. His mansion is usually well guarded, but there is probably another way in.
The Hammers in the area have recently begun shipping their ancient artifacts to another temple. One of those relicts is still there, from what I've heard. A very old piece from before the time of the catastrophe in the middle of Old Quarter. It would be a shame to not take this opportunity. Pretty sure that alone could pay the rent for quite some time.
