info NOTES:     - This mission has three exits.
- Some objects, doors or switches might look broken, or their function unclear.
DO NOT WORRY: they are all useful; perhaps later readables or goals will inform you! Be curious and explore! :)
- To make the experience fun for those who are playing for the first time, avoid as many public spoilers as possible.

KNOWN BUGS:
- Kernel occasionally has difficulty opening doors.
- The mission can have some FPS drops at some part of the mission. Those lags are nevertheless bearable enough to not ruin the experience. IMPORTANT: try setting Sky Detail to Low!
- Some rooms can have sound cut due to the amount of playing sound. Make sure your sounds channels in your options is set to the maximum, i.e. 48.
- Any other glitches or bug should be notified for further fixes.

Briefing

-Viktoria's plan required too much luck;
Garrett was obviously unable to stop Karras with it.
Afterwards, he scoured many Mechanist churches for information,
and learned of a tunnel Karras had built for himself at SoulForge.
It led to a large, guarded, and secret safehouse called the "Builder's House"
intended to become the core of a new city Karras planned to build:

The Builder's Paradise.

Garrett now knows enough; some machines there could
be used against Karras to stop him, without risk of failure.
All he needs to do is get access to this "Builder's House",
put together some final pieces from the information stored within,
and ensure Karras is defeated.

After an eternity crawling through vents,
navigating the complex tunnels beneath the City,
he finally reaches a basement below the compound.

Will he succeed in his mission?
It's up to you!

It would have taken real nerves of steel to pull off this alternative ending in the original Thief 2: The Metal Age, and for better or worse, would ended the series on a much higher note.

At first let´s be clear: This mission is great! It´s well designed, atmospheric and I recommend playing it to every Thief fan.

Misja piękna. Wielka. Przygodowa, pełna ciekawych skryptów i bogata w klimat, który kilkukrotnie się zmienia. Niewątpliwie bardzo artystyczna i wypełniona nowatorskimi motywami. Sądzę, że mokry sen niejednego łachera się spełnił jak ujrzał metalowe drzewa, ogromne roboty lub dostał dużo broni do ręki, aby wypowiedzieć wojnę planszy.
