As a mission from the very early years (2000), I think this is a really solid mission. It's very nostalgic, reminds a lot of Lord Bafford's Manor. The architecture is a bit plain but there are still nice looking details, like small gardens in the city streets, Lord Binclair's garden and a cool snowing effect in Binclair's balcony.
